The hotel has 154 luxury rooms with terrace, divided over 3 floors. In the former palace are 4 double suites, consisting of a lounge and 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In the garden of the hotel you will find both a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller pool for children. The garden of the hotel is adjacent the 18-hole golf course, which also belongs to the hotel. On the other side of the golf course are the clubhouse of the golf course with cafeteria and golf shop. Through this clubhouse anyone can enroll and pay for their golf fee. The hotel has a total built area of 10.722,15 m². The former palace has a built area of 1.151,75 m² The garden covers an area of 4.380 m² The pools have a surface of respectively 240 m² (adults) and 56 m² (children). The terrace in front of the palace covers an area of 950 m². Furthermore, there is the 18-hole golf course and external parking for 120 cars All documents are fully present and there is even a opening license issued. Because the entire interior is present, the hotel can almost be opened immediately. The current owner is the developer and builder of this hotel. Because they are only working with project-development, they do not have the ambition to run the hotel and that's why it is offered for sale. The sale is therefore including the hotel, 18-hole golf course and its clubhouse.
