Nice Friendly and Excellent Customers service

Thanks so much to Steve and Vicky from VIP Almeria for making what had the essence to be a very stressful experience into being very enjoyable and stress free. Steve was nothing but helpful and genuine in helping us with our choice - and we weren't an easy sell haha! From start to finish nothing was too much and we were made to feel like his only customers, I would definitely recommend VIP Almeria for anyone's property needs in Mojocar. A special thanks too to Vicky, as without her gentle touch and quick but level headed assistance thing definitely wouldn't have went so smoothly. A definite 5 stars from us, thanks again guys :)

We were recommended to Steve at V.I.P. Almeria as the estate agent to use and we were delighted with the service that we received. Steve was informative and enthusiastic but never pushy. We had been the victims of an aborted purchase some years ago so were naturally cautious and wary but Steve was a reassuring advisor and guide. He and his colleagues were also a great help with their advice and assistance after the purchase was completed. We approached V.I.P Almeria when we considered selling our villa in Mojacar. The summer is here so we thought maybe in the next year it would sell. Steven came up and helped us with our paperwork, made arrangements for taxes, photographed the house and even made a video. He came back within a few days and said he had an offer, we had not even done a viewing yet, and two weeks later we had sold. Steven made the whole process so easy, took his time with us and right through the signing and afterwards is still there for us. We know what it is to be V.I.P Client.  We recommend V.I.P Almeria.
