Luckily i was one of the few people who got to work closely with steven. He runs a great company and he puts in alot of time and effort. He doesnt just sell a property to anyone but he sells it to people who will improve and make better of the society. Its easy to tell he loves what he does and hes constantly improving the area. Whilst working with him for a short period of time i considerd myself lucky because an opportunity like that doesnt occur every day.

As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Never in my long experience with estate agents have I ever had  such excellent and cheerful service when selling a property with some of the  problems which can and indeed did occur  over this sale. Dealing with all  the various authorities was  expertly handled in Spanish by Mr Howlett and his assistant leaving me free of worry and confident of the good outcome which occurred in a remarkably short time. Hi Steven, David and I just wanted to say a huge thanks for all your help. From our initial email in Uk to our meetings in Villaricos your help in every way has been second to none. As you know our hearts were set on the Harbour Lights Development at Villaricos and that is were you gave us a headache!  You spoiled us with choice, with all the different options you presented. Trying to decide on which option was our only problem as one was nicer than another! We really appreciated your help and input, second and even third viewings never a problem.  This purchase has been the most stress free house purchase we have ever made.
